Anyway, the 3 eateries/places that I am going to share about are all located within the same town.
1. It was still warm in my hands,
2. The bun was fluffy,
3. The otah filling embedded within was quite generous.

Then we found Restoran Hua Mui. Hub says Chicken chop is also their signature dish. Why say "also"? Because well someone claim better! I will come to that later. Let's just focus on Restoran Hua Mui for now.
On a mandatory note, I must state this - If you are hungry, skip this place! We ordered one plate to share. Waiting time was slightly more than 30 minutes though it didn't look crowded enough.

So..we moved on to...

IT Roo - "The best chicken chop in town" it says. Wow that's rather a manifested public announcement to make, I like to see how legitimate they are. We should have went with fried chicken chop so to compare but too much of the same thing sometimes is not a good thing. Eventually, we agreed in unison on grilled chicken chop with mushroom sauce, at least the sauce is the same hahaha. Anyway, we looked around and realized that their fried chicken chop was served without sauce.
Once the cutleries came in a basket, I was immediately impressed. We ordered one plate again and the staff brought us 2 sets of cutleries without asking. The simple act of thoughtfulness sent me wondering in controversy what Restoran Hua Mui is lacking - the observance of surroundings and it's changes.

Picture does no justice! RM14
When the chop was served in barely 15 minutes or lesser, I was clapping in my heart for them. That was acceptable waiting time, not 30 minutes or more! IT Roo passed yet another test. Ultimately, I know it will be the food that calls upon a return customer and I am right again to speculate that IT Roo will emerge as the winner. Maybe I have a biased heart to begin with, but even with that, I had hub's affirmative that IT Roo is way better than Restoran Hua Mui in terms of sauce since it came topped with generous mushrooms and complements the grilled chop perfectly. Even the grill part was done nicely, no indication of overcooking and the wedges were fried to golden yellow. Hub and I wiped out the plate in no time. Bear in mind that this was our second plate of chop! Absolutely palatable! So, I must stress - I AM NOT BIASED WITHOUT A REASON ha.
